The Little HIP Company is a small independent company located in Somerset providing Home Information Packs (HIP’s) primarily throughout South Somerset & North Dorset although other areas may be covered by arrangement.
The company was set up to assist owners selling their properties without the use of an Estate Agent and for those wishing to use an agent but recognising the benefits of owning their own HIP. Where an agent has been instructed to market your property The Little HIP Company will liaise with the agent making the process seamless for you.
Commissioning your HIP through the Little HIP Company not only saves you money it puts you in charge of the sale process. Should you decide to change estate agents for any reason owning your HIP gives you the freedom to do so without incurring additional costs or delay.
